【YCANTH剂量与用法】

1、重要使用说明

• 所有医疗保健专业人员在准备和使用YCANTH之前都应接受指导和培训。

• YCANTH仅供局部使用。

• YCANTH不用于口腔、粘膜或眼科 。使用YCANTH治疗后，应避免接触治疗区域， 包括口腔接触。不要在眼睛周围涂抹YCANTH。

2、剂量与用法概述

○ 一次性局部涂抹，覆盖每个患处。单次治疗过程中，使用不超过两个YCANTH涂抹器。

○ 治疗24小时后用肥皂和水洗除。根据需要，每3周使用一次YCANTH。

○ 不要用绷带覆盖任何接受YCANTH治疗的患处。

○ 如果出现严重起泡、剧烈疼痛或其他严重不良反应，在治疗后24小时内用肥皂和水去除YCANTH。

• 关于YCANTH涂抹器和开启工具的使用：

○ 请勿重复使用涂抹器。该涂抹器仅用于一次治疗。

○ 不要使用堵塞的涂抹器。

○ 不得以任何方式切割或改装涂抹器；这样做可能会影响用量分配控制。

• YCANTH开启工具保养

○ 每次使用后，用70%异丙醇擦拭YCANTH开启工具的表面。

○ 每次使用前，检查YCANTH开启工具是否损坏（如塑料裂缝、支柱缺失或断裂）和功能（如铰链）。

○ 使用12次后，或者如果观察到任何损坏，YCANTH开启工具应作为固体废物进行管理，并放置在塑料回收容器或一般垃圾中。

【YCANTH警告和注意事项】

1、与不当给药相关的毒性

YCANTH仅供局部使用。YCANTH不适用于口腔、粘膜或眼科。

如果口服YCANTH，可能会产生危及生命或致命的毒性。口服斑蝥素的不良反应包括肾功能衰竭、急性胃肠道严重损伤、凝血障碍、癫痫发作和弛缓性麻痹。建议患者和/或护理人员避免口腔接触，避免在YCANTH治疗后接触患处，如果意外摄入YCANTH，应立即就医。
